We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the role of Strategic People Partner. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, leveraging their expertise to drive organizational success through effective people management.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, anticipating needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proactively collaborate with managers to identify needs and provide guidance on effective people management.
- Develop and implement HR processes, creating guidelines and providing direction on HR policies and practices.
- Guide performance evaluation processes, leadership development programs, and action plans.
- Promote professional development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career pathing.
- Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Advise employees and managers on labor relations, internal policies, and HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and ethical standards.
Key Qualifications
University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.Proven experience in coaching leaders, performance management, and employee relations.Benefits
