We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to collaborate with our leaders and employees in creating a harmonious work environment.
This role involves implementing HR policies, providing strategic support, and fostering a culture aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, anticipating needs and developing tailored solutions that drive organizational success.
- Deliver training and coaching to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
- Promote the development of core HR processes, creating guidelines and providing direction on HR policies and practices.
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
Advise employees and managers on labor relations, internal policies, and HR procedures.Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and ethical standards.Collaborate with management and Legal to resolve employee conflicts, including disciplinary actions.Talent Management & Development
Guide performance evaluation processes, leadership development programs, and action plans.Promote professional development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career pathing.Recruitment & Onboarding
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire top talent.Requirements
Academic Background
University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.Professional Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.Languages
High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.Skills
