Business Analysis and BI Support Specialist

Overview

Business Analysis and BI Support Specialist to work onsite at ESA-ESAC in Spain. This role will provide both central and project-specific support, with priorities set in regular planning meetings. All controlling functions under SCI-M are closely interlinked, requiring excellent coordination, flexibility and communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration across all tasks and teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing a self-service reporting platform for SCI-M controllers, actively contributing to the SCI Reporting project to define and implement the solution.
• Manage and maintain the reporting platform, including creating and updating reports, BI solutions, shared workspaces, and apps for controllers.
• Provide training, support and coaching to controllers on using available BI tools and solutions.
• Continuously enhance the platform by collaborating with BI initiatives across the agency, with a focus on aligning with corporate and directorate developments.
