A few examples of your responsibilities

Organize and take charge of company-wide events and team-building activities (from the brainstorming phase to research, logistics, and on‑site inspections).

Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families.

Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on‑site and remote Spooners.

Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and during their onboarding.

Competitive pay and access to equity in the company.

Typically, we offer individuals at the start of their career a salary of £45,860 in London and €43,927 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

The selection process If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews.
