What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the People Experience team to deliver on KPIs
 - Working with senior management to design processes that improve employee satisfaction
 - Driving team projects to improve employee engagement in focus areas
 - Managing initiatives related to the recognition programme to improve engagement
 - Creating solutions to enhance employee experience
 - Liaising with external vendors and global teams to ensure timely delivery of services
 - Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
 - Coordinating and supporting the delivery of global onboarding
