Corporate Lawyer Position

As a seasoned legal professional, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to internal departments on various legal matters.

The ideal candidate should have :

A Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Law (admission to bar or equivalent preferred).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Strong knowledge of Spanish civil and commercial law, and familiarity with EU regulations.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment.

Key responsibilities include :

Providing ongoing legal support to internal departments.

Assisting in resolving potential disputes with third parties.

Coordinating with external legal advisors.

Supporting the Board of Directors.

Managing risk and compliance matters.

Reviewing contracts and legal documents.
