What is this program about?
Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in data? Fever’s Data Graduate Program is a unique six-month rotational program designed to give you hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science. You’ll work on real projects from day one, learn from experienced professionals, and gain skills that typically take years to build.

How does the program work?
Location : Madrid, Spain (in-person)Rotation Structure : 6 months total, rotating across 3–4 teams depending on your skills and interests :Data Engineering : Build and manage scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud-based databases.Machine Learning : Develop and deploy real-world ML models and recommendations.Data Science : Analyze business problems, run A / B tests, and develop predictive models.Web Analytics & Data Collection : Improve data collection across Fever’s ecosystem (websites and mobile apps) using GA4 and Mixpanel.Contract Type : “Contrato de prácticas” (must have completed all credits to apply).Who should apply?
We’re looking for motivated, ambitious recent graduates who :
Have a bachelor / master’s / PhD in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics or related field.Are among the top 10% of their class with a strong academic record.Are curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-growing company.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have all credits completed.Speak and understand business-level English.How to apply?
