Overview

Celonis is the global leader in Process Mining technology and a fast-growing SaaS firm. Location : Madrid for a period of 2 years with planned relocation to the Middle East and North Africa region after. The customer base will be in the Middle East and North Africa region, involving travel to meet clients in person.

The Team

As a Technology and Management Consultant, you are part of our Value Engineering team and act as the trusted advisor for customers at the intersection of technology and business. The Value Engineer (VE) partners with sales and customers to create compelling, innovative technical solutions leveraging AI capabilities within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. A great VE understands the customer, the technology, and the sales cycle, making it a dynamic role in Enterprise Software.

You will join the Global VE Center of Excellence, an international, diverse, and dynamic organization at the core of Celonis Value Engineering supporting local field teams. The team culture emphasizes trust, continuous development, improvement through coaching and mentoring.

The Role

The Orbit Graduate Program offers talented individuals a start in the enterprise software world as an Associate Value Engineer.

The 12-month program is designed to fast-start your career in the SaaS industry with hands-on learning, mentorship, and a collaborative culture. It aims to develop essential VE skills and competencies and establish strong relationships to support growth at Celonis.

Your journey begins with onboarding and enablement to develop business and Celonis skills through hands-on customer engagements and training on Celonis Process Intelligence, domain knowledge, presentation and demo skills, discovery and objection handling, and value selling.

The work you'll do :

• Work as part of the Global VE CoE to support the MENA Value Engineering team on customer engagements
• Collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve business objectives and AI strategy
• Execute proof projects showcasing value, frame a quantitative business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives to drive investment decisions
• Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology
• Drive change management and value realization to ensure a positive return on investment
• Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating technical, product, and business acumen as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and influence AI product innovations
• Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and feed them back to regional teams
• Travel to the MENA region to meet clients in person and ensure successful engagements

The qualifications you need :

You have a bachelor’s and / or master’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science / Business Analytics, AI / ML, Mathematics or related fields, with relevant work or internship experience. You are curious, self-motivated, enjoy continuous learning, and want to work in a lively, high-growth environment.
