As a Business Change and Engineering Manager at Zurich Insurance Group, you will engage with Business Units and Group Functions globally to rethink and reinvent the way we provide services to our customers and stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement and transformations through process re-engineering and redesign, aiming to deliver more effective and efficient services by increasing productivity. Your role

As a Business Change and Engineering Manager within the Business Change and Engineering team, your main responsibilities will include

• Supporting Process Changes : Assist in improving business outcomes and customer experiences by increasing productivity.
• Contributing to Continuous Improvement : Support enhancements in the insurance value chain, from sales and distribution to finance operations, underwriting, and claims.
• Product Engineering Support : Conduct market research, assist in designing and re-engineering insurance products, and ensure compatibility with relevant platforms and UX standards.
• Leveraging AI and Automation : Implement and leverage generative AI technologies and automation to accelerate business transformation and successful adoption.
• Digitalization : Drive the digitalization of core insurance business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enabling Technical Excellence : Foster a culture of technical excellence within the team and across the organization.
• Supporting Solution Development : Coordinate with various technical and business expertise to define and develop fit-for-purpose Technology, Data, Process, Product solutions and implementation plans.
• Project Management : Lead individual multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring on time and on budget delivery
• Change Management Support : Ensure appropriate change management and implementation in the business, including transition to “business as usual” model.
