The Alpega Group is looking for an Agile Change Manager - Efficiency Lead (SaaS). This role will be part of the IT organization at Alpega and will be based in Barcelona, Spain.

About The Role

  • Lead initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies across the whole engineering teams.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with other Engineering Efficiency Leads to ensure cohesive and effective practices.
  • Act as a key driver for cross‑functional topics, taking on the role of Project Manager to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Organize and lead cross‑departmental and cross‑functional meetings, workshops and coaching, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to the engineering team on agile methodologies. Embrace the agile principles of Inspect, Adapt, and Transparency to drive ongoing improvements and encourage a culture of empirical focus and best practices.

What We Look For In You

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations or equivalent education or experience required.
  • English proficiency is mandatory (Please, send your resume in English). Proven experience in software engineering and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team collaboration skills and a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with developers, software architects, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams in a tech company setting.

    • Nice to have

  • Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Familiarity with scaled agile practices in large organizations.
  • Experience with continuous delivery pipelines and cloud deployments.
  • Background as a software engineer to enhance understanding of technical challenges.
