In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. We work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office, with flexibility to balance the expectation of being in the office with individual needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate affairs strategy that integrates policy shaping, advocacy, government affairs, and communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with business drivers and therapy area priorities.
• Lead national and local media relations, engage with governments and stakeholders on policy issues, and manage the corporate affairs budget.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Communications, fostering strong performance across the team.
