Appodeal Publishing is a fast-growing division of Appodeal, focused on helping mobile game developers launch and scale games with strong market potential. We’re not a service — we’re a strategic product partner. We provide UA, monetization, funding, analytics, and creative support, tailored to each game's unique needs. We work across genres (not just hyper-casual), and we’re building a lean, high-impact publishing team in Europe — where product quality, game feel, and creative thinking come first.

Role

We’re looking for a Publishing QA / Tech Engineer ; you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and technical reliability of mobile games published with Appodeal. You’ll test builds, validate SDK integrations, and act as the technical backbone for our publishing pipeline. This is not just button-clicking QA — it’s a hybrid role combining quality assurance, technical troubleshooting, and publishing operations. You’ll work closely with developers, external partners, and internal teams (Tech, UA, Creative, Analytics) to make sure every game we launch meets high standards of quality, stability, and performance.

Your Responsibilities

Verify iOS and Android builds before release.

Test new game features, FTUE flows, and monetization elements.

Support developers and producers with build issues (Unity, Xcode, Android Studio).

Communicate with external developers (publishing partners) about build quality, SDK issues, and technical requirements.

Prepare and validate builds for soft launches.

Document test plans, bug reports, and QA processes.
