Job Title : Senior Innovation Technologist – Tech Engineer

Are you a senior technologist who loves to build, test, and experiment with new technologies? We’re looking for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity, gets hands-on with Generative AI, Web3, Mixed Reality, Quantum, and Robotics, and has the curiosity to go deep on the inner workings of technology.

You won’t just research tech trends, you’ll actively design and build prototypes to push the boundaries of how digital technologies transform nutrition, health, and beauty. This is a maker role at heart : you’ll write code, tinker with APIs and hardware, and deploy test environments to validate big ideas.

Explore Emerging Technologies (Scouting & Research)

Systematic research and assessment of emerging digital technologies, evaluating their capabilities, limitations, and potential impact.

Hands-on testing of the latest technologies to get deep understanding of the inner workings.

Identify use cases and opportunities by aligning emerging technologies with business needs and strategic priorities.

Offer thought leadership and guide strategic decisions on leveraging technology to drive innovation within our company.

Design and build prototypes to validate ideas, rapidly experimenting with new technologies to test their business and technical feasibility.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital technologies, Software Development, Cloud Engineering, and 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and implementing innovative solutions.

Imaginative – A creative thinker, continuously exploring new possibilities, questioning assumptions, and finding unconventional ways to apply technology.

Passion for Technology – A strong enthusiasm and curiosity for exploring emerging technologies and deep understanding of their inner workings. Technologies include, but not limited to : Generative AI, Web3, Blockchain, Augmented & Mixed Reality, Wearables, Robotics & Cobots, Quantum Computing.

Tech Agnostic – Comfortable working with any technology, adapting quickly to new tools and methodologies.

Entrepreneurial Mindset – A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, experimenting, and driving innovation.

Communicate & Influence – Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly, build trusted relationships, and engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Leadership & Collaboration – Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution across diverse stakeholders.
