Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts to transform projections into scalable growth for clients, aligning with CTC Global’s core values and strategic forecasting methods. You will be a proactive partner in client success with clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, strengthening client relationships and positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing. You represent and advocate for CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools, maintaining efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead client growth initiatives through media buying, forecasting, and optimization.
- Develop growth forecasts and growth maps using Prophet System and related tools; align marketing calendars with clients.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to hit daily projected targets; implement tests to beat performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) within a pod; maintain data integrity across systems.
- Own the execution of Prophet system for clients and ensure alignment with forecasts and KPIs.
- Build campaigns using CTC’s structure and best practices; uphold ideologies and processes across accounts.
- Communicate proactively with clients about performance, strategy changes, and next steps; provide daily updates and weekly strategy updates.
- Drive quality work, ensure a 5% delta to forecast, and maintain timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Contribute learnings to the system and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in ecommerce growth, media buying (Meta and other platforms), and data-driven decision-making.Strong ability to analyze data, forecast outcomes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders; comfortable with client-facing roles.Ability to work remotely with autonomy, maintain schedules, and meet deadlines; strong attention to detail.Experience with Prophet System and Growth Forecasting is preferred.Next-Level Skills

Salary progression : first month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000; 1st year annual range $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year annual range $100,000-$120,000.
