Descripción del trabajoJob Description : An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management has arisen within Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz). RESPONSABILITIES : You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying / facilitating improvements to increase : - Operating process and product adherence to standards.- Process improvement- Process repeatability, before any process changes are made and continuously throughout the life of the product (Industry Qualifications, Product and Process Profitability After Changes (PPV) )-Management and improvement of environmental conditions in the halls.-Management and implementation of action plans linked to product and process deviations.-Supplier quality management.-Improvement of KPIs set up. SKILLS : Educated in an Engineering degree- Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering - Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Organized, Proactive & Structured- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
