Lead Quality Assurance Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled

QA Lead

with strong expertise in

test automation

, particularly using

Playwright.

You

will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the testing strategy for enterprise applications, ensuring efficient and comprehensive testing while adapting to future technological changes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing

high-volume test environments

, particularly in

critical products

, and will possess the leadership skills to guide teams through the automation process while executing thousands of tests in a dynamic, high-impact setting.

Responsibilities :

Test automation, test case management, and testing strategy design.

Development feedback

Scalability strategy

Team leadership

Documentation and reporting

Requirements :

~ At least 6+ years of experience in test automation.

~2+ years of experience in leading QA teams in international and remote environments - ability to guide and develop technical teams

~ Experience using Playwright for test automation

~ Tech Stack : Playwright for UI testing, TypeScript, Jest, GIT, CI / CD pipelines.

~ Testing types : Unit testing, integration testing, E2E testing

~ Agile methodologies

~ Experience working on start-ups or large-scale projects with high test volumes in

enterprise applications

~ Ability to adapt testing technologies and strategies according to the evolving needs of the team and organization

~ Advance English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required. Other languages are a plus

~ Soft skills : adaptability, high ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a clear focus on product quality, strong communication skills

~ Travel availability - 10%
