We are currently managing an Account Manager role for a leading mobile health & rewards app based in Barcelona. This position is key to scaling affiliate revenues through strategic partnerships, campaign optimization, and performance-driven collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with affiliate platforms and partner brands, ensuring successful campaign activation.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate promotions, upsells, and seasonal opportunities to boost results.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams for seamless partner integrations and aligned campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in affiliation, partnerships, or account management.Strong commercial and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.Solid organizational and project management abilities.Comfortable working with data and extracting insights to optimize performance.Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus); willing to travel occasionally.Benefits
