What is The Role :

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a proactive and data-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Analyst to join the Sales Program team. In this role, you will be integral to the success of our sales initiatives, providing critical analysis and insights that drive our sales performance and impact our revenue pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level analyst to work with complex data and influence key business decisions. Candidates must be based in or near Barcelona, Spain, and be able to come into our hub office as needed.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Develop Executive-Level Reporting : Build and deliver compelling presentations that tell a clear story with data, distilling complex information into actionable insights for senior leaders across the company.
• Lead Dashboard Development : Collaborate with our data team to build, maintain, and improve our existing dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, user-friendly, and provide impactful insights.
• Identify Strategic Opportunities : Proactively identify and recommend strategic opportunities to improve pipeline health and accelerate revenue growth. You will use a combination of data analysis and natural curiosity to drive these insights.
• Key Resource for Insights : Be the go-to person for questions related to program performance, sales metrics, and pipeline health.
