Platform Innovation Specialist

As a key member of our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) team, you will play a critical role in building and refining our IDP capabilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to drive success across our organization.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled Tech Lead with a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and resilient solutions using cloud services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and execute a refined product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform, harnessing cloud services (predominantly Azure and AWS) to provide scalable and resilient solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and execute a refined product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Use your mastery of Python and experience with React to create robust back-end and UI solutions, prioritizing performance and user experience.

Leverage tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc., for cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery improvement.

Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, observability, and automation within a distributed technology environment.

Mandatory Requirements :

Master-level proficiency in back-end development with Python.

Proven experience in UI / UX development using React, ideally with Material UI frameworks.

In-depth knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture, with experience in platforms like Backstage.

Practical experience in cloud architecture with a focus on AWS and Azure.

Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc.

Familiarity with continuous delivery tools, such as ADO Pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
