We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Professional to join our team in Barcelona.

As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact on the success of our organization while assisting clients and other stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate has skills and experience as a 360-recruitment consultant in a professional services environment, with a track record of high outbound activity and strong KPI performance. They should have prior experience recruiting for roles in legal, financial services, or corporate environments, and be proficient in business English to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing client accounts, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to revenue targets in a high-performance environment. They will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and delivering results, while creating and executing strategic search plans across core focus areas.

To drive full-cycle recruitment across the UK infrastructure and energy investment market, working closely with funds and developers. This role will be based in the Barcelona office and is focused on both candidate delivery and business development, operating as a 360-recruitment consultant.

You will work directly with clients including private equity funds, developers, and investment managers, with a primary focus on the UK market.
