About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all level positions across different functions of the organization. The Junior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level roles, from job posting to offer stage.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in creating and posting engaging job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and career events (job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.).
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships (experience in entry-level hiring is a plus).C1 English level.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS or recruitment software.A proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset.
