Job Title : Digital Data Expert
Overview
At ING, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Data Expert. This role involves ensuring delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives, delivering high-quality developments based on Agile Methodology. As a key member of the squad, you will provide broad knowledge on products, services, channels, and Regulatory Reporting. You will be part of the delivery team to define functional requirements, participate in testing, and support before the Go-live. You will control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting, solve incidents in case of errors, provide information, and help support teams or providers. You will identify products or services that best meet customer needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You will represent the voice of the internal customer, improving processes. You will be responsible for improving service with an end-to-end mindset, day-to-day performance, building reliable business operations, and services, and connecting it with internal or external parties. You will work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience managing complex projectsAbility to translate customer feedback into improvements of digital journeysIT affinity : understand how customer journeys connect to the underlying IT landscape, incl. technical dependencies on components owned by other Tribes; communicate with, and where necessary challenge, IT developers and architectsStrong effective presentation skillsExcellent communication skills : ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiencesFluency in English and Spanish is requiredRemote Collaboration : adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgroundsCross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy : aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environmentAdaptability : flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differencesPrioritization : strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact resultsRisk Management : identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project executionDeadlines Management : efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelinesStakeholder Management : engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomesProblem-Solving : strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may ariseBenefits
