Overview
Job Purpose :
As a Senior Decarbonization Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding sales and execution teams to address business challenges for target customers in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to create solution businesses for decarbonization applications, targeting E&S industry customers using available solutions and expertise.
- Suggest innovative application developments to meet customer needs in the decarbonization market.
- Function as a subject matter expert for the decarbonization market domain.
- Establish a KPI dashboard for potential decarbonization customers (different applications).
Performance Metrics
Customer reach / penetration.New account development.New solution development for existing energy and sustainability accounts related to decarbonization projects.Business ideas resulting in value creation for the decarbonization business area.Order intake and profitability of orders.Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10-15 years of industrial experience after qualification. This should include at least 10 years in the energy process industries, with at least 5 years in O&G, power, or renewable areas. Experience should be in one or more of the following :
Process automation.Process engineering.Energy management.Operation technology.Solution selling.Competencies & Skills
Good understanding of business drivers in the decarbonization market in Europe, specifically for hydrogen, renewable energy, and carbon capture.Able to formulate KPIs for each level of stakeholders.Commercial acumen.Strong presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).#J-18808-Ljbffr
