Major Incident Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• Native / C1 level in French and English .
• Strong transversal IT knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, security, and IT operations.
• Minimum ITIL Foundation certification .
• University degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or Major Incident Management (MIM) roles.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with C-Suite executives and high-level stakeholders.
• Strong resilience under stress , multitasking, and ability to process, retain, and share complex information simultaneously via Teams, Outlook, or phone.
• Knowledge of IT regulations (DORA, GDPR, ISO, NIST, BCP, Security) is a plus.
• Tangential experience in audits and project management is beneficial.
• Familiarity with tools : PagerDuty, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, AVAYA, CISCO, CheckPoint, PALO ALTO, 365, Teams, Outlook, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI .
• Additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic) are a plus.
