As a seasoned engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our organization. This position involves overseeing the delivery and personal growth of your team(s), acting as a servant leader to adapt your style to meet the needs of the situation, and taking care of individuals' performance within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have around 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers and come from a technical background, ideally with hands-on IC experience. You will be responsible for building an effective work culture that improves the working lives of your team members, managing larger teams where necessary, and adapting to an ever-changing environment.
