Production Fragrances Manager

We're looking for a Production Manager for the Fragrances value stream, reporting to the Production Director of the department. He / she will be responsible for controlling and coordinating all production activities in compliance with the company's safety, quality, service level, productivity, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

As our Senior Production Manager, you will manage all the productive filling plant operations daily.

Main Focus :

• Guarantee the production plan, complying with safety, quality, service, and cost standards.
• Solve daily issues and lead teams.
• Implement systems, solve problems, standardize production processes, and maintain continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Develop and motivate middle managers.
• Participate in investigations related to incidents or accidents at the plant.
• Lead investigations into root causes of quality nonconformities across different lines.
• Manage planned breakdowns and stops, ensuring compliance with the production plan (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Report KPIs and monitor production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Propose continuous improvement actions.
• Lead and motivate production teams, including process engineers, shift leaders, and maintenance staff.
• Participate in Granollers' compelling business needs.
• Build systems to increase facility capacity, improve OEE, build flexibility, track capacity, and implement visual management.
• Enhance team capabilities by developing AM / PM settings, C / O standardization, visual management, DMS, and problem-solving skills.
