Position : P2P Team Leader

Responsibilities :

• Execute end-to-end processing and management of invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Engage with Stock Control to facilitate order confirmations and resolve purchase order issues.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to optimize the P2P process from order creation to payment.
• Match incoming invoices with POs, verify accuracy, and process invoices promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the P2P process to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times and errors.
