Product Operations Director

We’re creating a new Product Operations function - and you’ll be the person to design, lead, and grow it. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll build the processes, data infrastructure, and governance that enable our Product Managers to focus on customers and market impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks for a large, multi-product portfolio.
• Standardise product management processes and best practices.
• Build analytics capabilities for real-time product and financial insights.
• Partner with product leaders to improve speed-to-market and ROI.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate decision-making and unlock cross-silo insights.
