Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations professional to focus on the LATAM market, working an afternoon schedule from 1 pm to 10 pm (CET) . This role involves project management, process optimization, and technical setup to support our clients in the region.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Project Management : Lead the implementation of our software solution for LATAM clients, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
  • Process Optimization : Identify improvement opportunities in supply chains and suggest effective solutions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Technical Setup : Integrate client data and configure software to meet their specific needs, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Operations Support : Collaborate with teams across LATAM during the afternoon shift, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning and optimization.
