We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy CRM Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, automation, and customer experience. In this role, you wont just keep the machine runningyoull help build a smarter, faster, more personalized CRM engine for global B2B and B2C brands. Youll be a go-to player across cross-functional teams, powering segmented campaigns, fine-tuning bonus logic, and ensuring no customer touchpoint is left behind.
Requirements
- Execute and optimize lifecycle journeys, automated flows, and one-off campaigns across email, SMS, and push
- Monitor Kafka event data using Coralogix to identify and resolve data flow issues before they impact campaigns
- Build, refine, and maintain dynamic customer segments to supercharge personalization
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to ensure a seamless and scalable CRM infrastructure
- Own QA, platform testing, and campaign error monitoring to ensure flawless execution
- Support promotions and bonus setups, applying pre-defined rules (e.g., deposit value, expiry windows, wagering criteria)
- Perform regular campaign audits to ensure high deliverability, relevance, and performance
- Organize and maintain snippet / template libraries to enable quick scaling
- Troubleshoot journey hiccups or promo errors with support from senior team members
- Contribute to performance reporting, engagement insights, and testing results that guide strategy
Requirements;
5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or retention within iGaming and, ideally, B2B backgroundsFamiliarity with CRM platforms like Symplify, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar toolsA foundational grasp of lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and personalization tacticsComfortable working with data tools and platformsbonus if youve dabbled in Power BI, Postman, or CoralogixEagle-eyed attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to executionA proactive mindsetcurious, eager to learn, and not afraid of complex systemsExcellent communication and time management skillsyou know how to keep things moving without dropping the ballWhat is on offer?
