Descripción del trabajoDiversifying your experience and know-how in a polyvalent role across different projects and multi-disciplinary teams. Developing a deep understanding of the energy industry, allowing us to have a real impact on our clients. Addressing customers\' challenges, applying analytical frameworks and conceptualizing strategy development. Developing and synthesizing business conclusions and communicating them with high executive sponsors (C-Level). Participating in our full business cycle, helping design new offerings, project proposals, and engaging customers for business continuity. At least 2 years of experience working in management consulting, energy & utilities companies, or similar industries. Proficiency in Office 365 tools to develop complex business cases and C-Level documents. Proficiency in English; other languages valued. Skills : High performance orientation, strong analytical skills, team working, flexibility, leadership, client focus, adaptability, verbal and written communication skills, and quantitative and financial skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Management Consulting team with a focus on the Energy and Utilities sector.
This role involves helping clients rethink their business and operating models within the changing energy environment, leveraging Decentralization, Digitalization, Decarbonization, and Data-Driven operations.
- Evolving and transforming business models to capture arising opportunities from the new digital economy and energy transition.
- Undertaking digital transformation, introducing disruptive technologies and data analytics through all business processes, enabling new competitive advantages and changing traditional ways of doing things.
- Managing complex transformational programs in multinational companies.

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
