Responsibilities

Investigate global and regional market requirements, including wind resources, government policies, customers, and competitors.

Define wind turbine product portfolios roadmap and corresponding product features / requirements based on market requirements.

Lead chief system engineer for corresponding wind turbine product development.

Analyze project wind resource and customer requirements to define turbine product solutions.

Collaborate with sales, commercial, and technical managers to define bidding strategy and support pricing strategy.

Lead technical workshops and turbine system level technical discussions with customers.

Resolve field technical issues.

Qualifications

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, experience in managing cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills. You should also be familiar with wind turbine product portfolios and be able to analyze project wind resource and customer requirements.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required, as well as relevant industry experience.
