Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Je komt terecht in een goed geroutineerd team met een wisselend takenpakket. Als Medewerker Startersservice ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor startende werkgevers en boekhouders die vragen hebben bij het tewerkstellen van personeel. Je zal part time werken (0,65 FTE).

Je taken :

• Je beheert de agenda van de Startersadviseurs :

Je overlegt met de klant over de dringendheid van zijn of haar vraag en plant vervolgens een passende afspraak in.

Aan de hand van een eerste beoordeling bepaal je de noden van de nieuwe klant en verwijs je door waar nodig.

Je beoordeelt kritisch welke acties jij zelf onderneemt, zowel voor nieuwe aanvragen als voor lopende dossiers.

Denk aan SRO's in Salesforce, aanvragen via de website en vragen via de chatbot.
