Responsibilities

• Utilize R programming languages for data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, analysis, and visualisation
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining strategies for insurance data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define analytics objectives
• Participate in data warehouse design, development, and maintenance, including creating and optimising data marts and business intelligence semantic layers
• Communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders
• Monitor performance of models and provide ongoing validation and refinement as needed
• Stay updated with advancements and best practices in data analytics and R programming
