Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be the development and integration of a predictive Lifetime Value (pLTV) model specifically for our s ubscription applications. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical modeling , machine learning , and data engineering principles , with a focus on delivering actionable insights to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Model Development : Design, develop, and implement advanced pLTV models for subscription applications, utilizing various machine learning techniques and statistical methodologies.
• Data Acquisition & Preparation : Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of clean, reliable, and relevant data for model development and ongoing maintenance. This includes identifying necessary data sources from subscription apps.
• Model Validation & Evaluation : Rigorously validate model performance, assess accuracy, and continuously refine models based on new data and business requirements.
• Integration : Work closely with engineering,product and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate the pLTV model into existing systems and workflows.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish and maintain robust monitoring mechanisms to track model performance, identify potential issues, and ensure long-term accuracy.
• A / B Testing & Experimentation : Design and execute A / B tests to evaluate the impact of pLTV-driven strategies and optimizations.
• Reporting & Communication : Clearly communicate complex analytical findings, model insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research & Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and LTV modeling, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
