Senior Product Assurance Leader

We are seeking a Quality Control Director to play a key role in setting strategies for quality control for our cosmetics and OTC manufacture sites in EMEA, collaborating with critical internal and external partners. This position will report to Sr Director Global Quality and will be located in Barcelona.

The Quality Control Director will lead Quality Control teams in Barcelona, Italy and south Africa, working in close collaboration with the operations teams from these sites. They will also lead the global program for standardization of Quality Control practices, methods and upskilling, including the labs in EMEA, US and Mexico.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain robust quality control systems, including inspection protocols, product testing procedures, and quality metrics to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities. They will develop and execute a comprehensive quality control strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

In addition, the Quality Control Director will provide mentorship, guidance, and support to Quality Control team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. They will manage Quality Control KPI's and objectives, ensure proper transfer of quality control methods and standards from product development to quality control, and stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry trends that may impact the Quality Control requirements for Revlon products.

The Quality Control Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, engineering, and logistics, to address quality-related issues, resolve challenges, and support new product development initiatives.
