Product Lead - Enterprise AI

We’re looking for a Product Lead to build and scale our Enterprise Product vertical , helping organizations transform through AI, automation, and next-gen digital solutions . This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll blend business growth, product strategy, and delivery excellence.

What you’ll do

Shape and evolve the product consulting offering – from service structure to playbooks and reusable tools.

Lead client engagements end-to-end, from opportunity framing to MVP implementation and delivery.

Drive commercial growth by supporting sales, creating pitches, and closing opportunities.

Build, scale, and guide a high-performing consulting team.

Oversee up to 3 projects in parallel, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and budget alignment.

What we’re looking for

8+ years in consulting, product strategy, or digital transformation.

Strong track record in defining and delivering enterprise-grade digital / AI solutions.

Experience driving both sales engagement and delivery excellence .

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.

Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and execution drive.

Fluent in English (Spanish or German is a plus).
