Overview
Sr Manager - Process Mining & Automation We are seeking for a Sr Manager - Process Mining & Automation to join our Digital Innovation Hub for EMEA , focusing on driving transformation through process mining and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Celonis, SAP, Salesforce (ideally), and leading process automation tools, coupled with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset. This role will be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the region. Please note an external partner will manage the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Process Mining Execution : Lead the full lifecycle of process mining initiatives using Celonis from data extraction and transformation to dashboard creation and insight generation. Apply object-centric process mining to unify views across systems
- Data Modelling and KPI Definition : Build and maintain data models in Celonis, integrating data from SAP and other systems. Define and monitor KPIs and processes in Celonis solutions such as AR, AP, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, as well as others that could be developed ad hoc.
- Workflow Automation and Alerts : Design and implement automated workflows and alerts within Celonis to support operational teams in proactive decision-making (e.G., dunning processes, exception handling).
- Stakeholder Engagement and Workshops : Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define objectives, align on KPIs, and prioritise improvement initiatives. Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Project Management and Delivery : Manage end-to-end delivery of process mining and automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Innovation Advocacy : Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends relevant to process optimisation.
What you bring
Minimum 8 years of experience in process mining, automation, and enterprise systemsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fieldCertifications in Celonis, SAP, Salesforce, or automation platformsExperience working in multinational environmentsFluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)Core competencies
