The hiring team is seeking a high performer with very strong technical skills. A real builder with the ability to lead a high-performance team in building the engineering foundations of a $10bn company.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s overall tech strategy.
• Design and oversee product architecture in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Build, scale, and manage the technical team.
• Evaluate and select the right technologies and tools based on product needs
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our DeFi solutions.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and business teams to align the tech vision with strategic goals.
• Represent the company in the Web3 ecosystem and during investor discussions.
