Chief Technology Officer - Senior Leader

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape, with hands-on experience in complex project management. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology platforms, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, and managing our infrastructure assets to achieve internal financial targets.

They will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and monitoring technology performance metrics, keeping abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape, and working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

In addition, they will support the qualification and certification maintenance as a qualified trusted service provider, lead and coordinate the implementation of procedures defined in our Certification Practice Statement, and integrate, manage, and monitor PKI systems and their certificate policies.

They will advise various departments on Trusted Services and Security, Quality, and GDPR regulations, leading the development and updating of company security policies and standards, and monitoring and controlling security risk indicators.

Finally, they will ensure Business Continuity Plan, including contingency and disaster recovery plan, and promote a Cybersecurity and Trust Services training and awareness plan for the entire organization.

Please note that this is a senior-level position, and we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience as a CTO. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in audits of trust services, electronic identification, and signature, as well as high-level knowledge in eiDAS Regulation, trust services, and complementary ETSI standards.

In addition, they will have experience in risk management and implementation of security policies, and experience in internal GDPR audits, digital signatures, digital certificates, digital identity, cybersecurity, web systems architecture, design, and development.

They will hold a Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar relevant field, and have in-depth knowledge of DI CISA certification.
