UX / UI Designer

Our client, an IT company specializing in software solutions for banks and neo-banking institutions, is looking for a UX / UI Designer for its office in Valencia .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.
• Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user journeys and simplify complex processes.
• Create aesthetically pleasing and consistent designs that reflect the brand's identity while ensuring optimal user experience.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mockups, collaborating with developers to ensure precision in execution.
• Work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate and refine designs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest UX / UI practices and emerging technologies into your work.
• Perform competitive analysis and research to drive continuous design improvements and innovation.
• Champion design thinking within the organization, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met across all digital platforms.
