UX / UI Designer

for its office in

Valencia

Lead user research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.

Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user journeys and simplify complex processes.

Create aesthetically pleasing and consistent designs that reflect the brand's identity while ensuring optimal user experience.

Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest UX / UI practices and emerging technologies into your work.

Perform competitive analysis and research to drive continuous design improvements and innovation.

Champion design thinking within the organization, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met across all digital platforms.

3+ years of experience in UX / UI design,

preferably within digital products or fintech.

~ Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a proven ability to create detailed prototypes and design systems.

~ A

strong portfolio

demonstrating your experience with both UX research and visual design, showcasing a deep understanding of interaction design principles.

~ Fluency in

English is required

; proficiency in Russian is a plus.

~ Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

~ Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines.

~ Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and justify design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
