Descripción del trabajoLead the design and development of user-centric digital products. Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions. Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability. Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects. Stay current with UX / UI trends and best practices. Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, team leadership, and project management, with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful digital products. Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.
✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.
- Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people .
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
- Strong proficiency in Figma .
- Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
- Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research .
- Experience working in banking environments (+4 years)
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
