Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Ensure smooth running of processes and interfaces
• Execute and supervise the close of business
• Maintaining production and test environments
• Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs
• Automate tasks where ever possible
• Resolves and closes incidents / service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures allocated timelines
• Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis
• Escalates unresolved incidents / service requests within agreed timescales
• Logs relevant incident / service request details per help desk procedures
• Complete daily and periodic checklists
• Produce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management
