About Appodeal Publishing

Appodeal Publishing is a fast-growing division of Appodeal, focused on helping mobile game developers launch and scale games with strong market potential. We’re not a service — we’re a strategic product partner. We provide UA, monetization, funding, analytics, and creative support, tailored to each game's unique needs. We work across genres (not just hyper-casual), and we’re building a lean, high-impact publishing team in Europe — where product quality, game feel, and creative thinking come first.

Role : Motion Designer

We’re looking for a Motion Designer with a strong focus on performance creatives and a solid understanding of how visual assets impact store conversion (ASO) . You’ll work closely with our UA Lead, Creative Producer, and Publishing Producer to design, iterate, and improve ad creatives and store assets for our live and test-stage games. You’ll be a core part of our creative testing loop — creating fast, data-informed iterations to find what works across channels and stores. This is not a branding or polish role — it’s about speed, performance, and impact .

Key Responsibilities

Produce and iterate mobile ad creatives : short-form video ads, static banners and playables is a plus

Create App Store / Google Play screenshots, icons, and preview videos

Build simple HTML5 or tool-based playable ads for UA testing
