Were looking for an experienced Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer to help shape the visual voice of Chiliz Fan Tokens & three of the most exciting brands at the intersection of sport tech and fan culture. Youll bring ideas to life across every frame from bold motion graphics to fast-paced edits built for TikTok Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Youll be part of a high-performing in-house Creative Team that moves fast thinks globally and thrives on collaboration. Some days youll be on set directing interviews or capturing behind-the-scenes moments with top-tier football clubs. Other days youll be crafting animations or pushing the limits of a short-form edit that hits at just the right time.

You wont just follow trends youll help define them.

This is a role for someone who knows how to tell stories visually think like an editor and move like a creator . Someone whos just as comfortable building an After Effects comp as they are running an on-camera interview. Someone who obsesses over pacing rhythm typography and transitions but also knows when to break the rules.

Responsibilities & Duties

Collaborate with the Head of Video Production on all aspects of filming : camera operation lighting and audio setup.

Plan shoot and edit video assets in various formats : from cinematic content to vertical short-form reels and stories.

Deliver engaging short-form edits tailored to each platform especially TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts .

Design and animate motion graphics titles lower-thirds and transitions using After Effects or similar tools.

Support live production needs for platforms like YouTube or Twitch when required.

Ingest organize and manage media assets following team workflows.

Implement subtitles sound design voice-overs and effects to enhance the narrative.

Stay up to date with Social Media trends editing styles visual formats and cultural moments relevant to our audience.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of post-production workflows and tools.

Work effectively within tight deadlines to deliver assets on time and adhere to best practices.

Occasionally work flexible hours including weekends for live events or special shoots.

Requirements

3 years of experience in a fast-paced media environment (agency production house or in-house creative team).

Strong portfolio of short-form and social-first content showcasing editing and motion design skills.

Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve After Effects and other Adobe CC tools (Photoshop Illustrator).

Experience in filming with modern camera / audio setups and making creative decisions on set.

Understanding of platform-specific video formats (you know when resizing isnt enough).

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Comfortable working in a MacOS environment and using collaborative tools like Google Drive and Slack.

Proactive organized and capable of handling projects on tight deadlines.

Proven ability to lead small-scale video projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with media asset management systems and post-production workflows in larger teams.

Comfortable participating in brainstorms creative reviews and cross-team meetings contributing ideas with confidence and clarity.

Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have :

Working knowledge of 3D animation tools like Blender Cinema4D or Element 3D would be considered an asset.

Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows (e.g. for video editing image generation animation or workflow optimization) is a plus.

Ability to conduct interviews : confidently direct talent ask engaging questions and guide the tone of the conversation.
