Job Title : Luxury Guest Experience Manager
The Luxury Guest Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to high-end guests. This individual is responsible for creating memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
Main Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact, advocate, and representative for all guests, with a strong focus on VIPs, loyalty program members, groups, and concierge class travelers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's features, ship-related information, revenue products, destination information, guest preferences, and services.
- Coordinate personalized requests for guests, including transportation, restaurant reservations, activities, and services.
Key Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling seamless interactions with guests.A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Front Desk / Receptionist in a high-end hotel or similar establishment.Proven ability to manage complex events with up to 80 guests.The Luxury Guest Experience Manager will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to provide unparalleled service, anticipate every guest's needs, and exceed expectations.
