We are currently seeking a Digital Talent Recruiter for a temporary 2-month project (until the end of May), with immediate availability to start.

Role :

• Own the entire recruiting lifecycle : from initiating a new search, developing job descriptions, creating evaluation strategies, sourcing, to closing candidates.
• Advertise vacancies.
• Headhunt.
• Qualify and interview candidates.
• Manage the recruiting process directly with partners (founders, CEOs, hiring managers, or management teams).
• Develop your own network of candidates.
• Maintain professional and direct communication with candidates to manage each step and foster long-term relationships.
• Follow-up with candidates and partners.
• Prepare interview reports.
• Coordinate with the team of recruiters.
