The responsibility of this team is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Your key responsibilities :
Responsibilities As a Customer Journey Expert in Regulatory Data you will provide a broad knowledge on ING products services channels and Regulatory Reporting.
You are part of the delivery team to define functional requirements participation in testing and support before the Go-live.
You control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting, solve the incidents in case of errors, provide the information and help to the support teams or the providers.
You identify the products or services that best meet the customers stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You represent the voice of the internal customer improving the processes.
You are responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset for the day-to-day performance for building reliable business operations and services and for connecting it with internal or external parties.
You work with Risk Compliance and Legal stakeholders to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
What we are looking for :
Qualifications / What we look for Master or bachelors degree with 3 to 6 years of experience managing complex projects.
Ability to translate customer feedback into improvements of our digital journeys.
IT affinity : understand how the customer journeys connect to the underlying IT landscape including dependencies on components owned by other Tribes; communicate with and where necessary challenge the IT developers and architects.
Strong effective presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Remote collaboration : adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
Cross-Cultural sensitivity & empathy.
Adaptability, prioritization, risk management, deadlines management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in risk identification and mitigation in offshore setups.
