Overview At ING we are looking for Digital Data Expert. Your role and work environment : We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Data Expert to join our Data Oversight Delivery Area Team of Data Management Tribe Spain. The responsibility of this team is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology.

Responsibilities As a Digital Data Expert in Regulatory Data, provide broad knowledge on ING products, services, channels, and Regulatory Reporting.

Be part of the delivery team to define functional requirements, participate in testing, and support before the Go-live.

Control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting, solve incidents in case of errors, and provide information and help to support teams or providers.

Identify products or services that best meet customer needs, and use expertise to propose quantities and product configurations.

Represent the voice of the internal customer to improve processes.

Be responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset, day-to-day performance, building reliable operations and services, and connecting with internal or external parties.

Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure products and services comply with regulation and policies.

What we look for / Qualifications Master or bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of experience managing complex projects.

Ability to translate customer feedback into improvements of digital journeys.

IT affinity : understand how customer journeys connect to the IT landscape, including dependencies on components owned by other Tribes; ability to communicate with and challenge IT developers and architects as needed.

Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills.

Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Remote collaboration experience across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

Cross-cultural sensitivity and empathy; adaptability to changing circumstances and time zones.

Prioritization skills to focus on high-impact results; risk management to identify and mitigate offshore risks.

Deadline management and stakeholder management for successful project outcomes.

Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles.
